The proximity to two of the best beaches in the BVI may have something to do with it or it could simply be the quiet charm of the carefully planned development. Sequestered at the end of a private country lane, on 0.9 acres, the property overlooks Smuggler's Cove - for many, the best beach the BVI has to offer - palm fringed and soft white sand, there is also much to appreciate underwater while snorkeling.

SummerSalt comprises two villas, one on each side of the swimming pool terrace, providing space and privacy for the occupants. The main house, with its large Great Room and impressive vaulted ceiling, has French doors leading onto the covered dining patio and the pool terrace. The designer kitchen is the focus of the room and boasts a 12-foot long, custom-built, mahogany bar. In the master bedroom, French doors open to the verandah, and the en suite bathroom has an outdoor, stone shower, from which to secretly enjoy the view of the beach below. The living areas are all on the ground floor with two bedrooms and shared bathroom located on the lower level of the main house. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The guest house is self-contained with its own custom built kitchen and dining area, bedroom and en suite bathroom.

The view of the islands and beaches are something to behold from every room and vantage point on the property. There is ample parking for at least two vehicles and yet one-half of the property remains undeveloped, leaving the potential for construction of another guest house, larger swimming pool and even perhaps an outdoor kitchen.
