The Main House

Across the hall is a small bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids or guests.

The Guest House


On the other side of the spacious terrace with the swimming pool overlooking Leverick Bay is a charming guest house with two separate rooms that are identical in size and each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms are conveniently set up for guests to walk out for a splash in the pool or to easily pop over to the great room in the main house and join everyone for breakfast or an afternoon drink.

The Lower Level and Other Amenities


Beneath the main house is a very private one-bedroom guest apartment with its own covered patio, kitchen, and bathroom. Also on this level is a large storage room, a communal laundry room, and a workshop that is perfect for the avid craftsman or just to do an odd project once and a while. The land around the building is mostly flat so it is perfect for all kinds of activities or projects.

Tamarind Villa also comes with a homeowners easement on the private beach of Little Leverick Bay which is just a five-minute walk from the Villa. It also comes with the use of the communal dinghy dock, and the water rights to two mooring balls (also in Little Leverick Bay) one of which could accommodate a 50-foot yacht the other is perfect for a 20’-30’ powerboat.

The protected waters of the North Sound are always calm, so it is the perfect place for someone to learn the ways of boating at ease while also enjoying the numerous beaches, the great snorkeling, and the luxurious resorts, restaurants, and bars. Having access to a vessel would also grant a homeowner the luxurious ability to explore all the British Virgin Islands at ease which is one of the most fun activities to be done in the BVI.
