This luxurious residence, known as Towanda, is situated on one of the highest lots in Belmont Estate which makes for both a breezy and truly expansive view of the ocean, the beach, the nearby islands, plenty of daylight and the gorgeous sunset.

Towanda is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private estate villa with large pool on approximately an acre of land. With just a few minutes drive to several of the island's best beaches, a short 5-minute drive to Soper's Hole Marina, a soon to be rebuilt major government ferry terminal , a marina to keep your boat, several gift shops, restaurants, coffee shop, and even a grocery store.

About 20 minutes to the east is the capital city of Road Town for banking, plenty of shopping with either fine dining or casual bars and restaurants, our local island brewery, various boating management companies, repair shops and chandleries, etc.

Towanda is an open concept multi-building villa with large covered porches and patios.
