Prickly Pear, Saba Rock, Bitter End, and Moskito are just a few of the islands seen from all different directions of the villa. This fully furnished Moroccan-style villa is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, dive shop, boat rentals, boutiques, spa, and grocery at nearby Leverick Bay Resort. It is also only a 15-minute drive to Virgin Gorda’s airport, ferry port, grocery stores, fine dining restaurants, and some of the best beaches in the world.

The Main House


Perfectly set up for indoor and outdoor living, a covered patio wraps around the entire building making it easy to step outside and enjoy the view at any time. The cooling trade winds flow throughout the villa, augmented by ceiling fans in every room.

The great room includes living, dining, and kitchen areas all under the large cathedral ceiling. The open kitchen is defined by a surrounding bar formed of an island stone structure with a granite countertop.

The Master Bedroom overlooks the North Sound from a private patio and includes a king-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and dual armoires. Just a few steps down the hall is a large guest bedroom, also with its own private patio conveniently facing east which makes for a suitable place to enjoy a coffee or tea while watching the sunrise. Across the hall is a small bedroom with bunk beds perfect for kids or guests.

The Guest House


On the other side of the spacious terrace with the swimming pool overlooking Leverick Bay is a charming guest house with two separate rooms that are identical in size and each with its own ensuite bathroom. Both rooms are conveniently set up for guests to walk out for a splash in the pool or to easily pop over to the great room in the main house and join everyone for breakfast or an afternoon drink.

The Lower Level and Other Amenities


Beneath the main house is a very private one-bedroom guest apartment with its own covered patio, kitchen, and bathroom. Also on this level is a large storage room, a communal laundry room, and a workshop that is perfect for the avid craftsman or just to do an odd project once and a while. The land around the building is mostly flat so it is perfect for all kinds of activities or projects.
