Villa Iona offers majestic and sumptuous accommodation in a quiet and secluded setting amongst the lush vegetation of Little Bay.

Villa Iona is a short walk along a path up to the beautiful gardens of the property. The driveway passes through electric gates and down to the covered courtyard and garage or to the forecourt with parking for three cars.

Villa Iona is painted with warm, earth tones and has many ornamental columns. There is a marvelous blend of architectural styles with balconies and patios all tastefully decorated with natural stone. The cabinetry and furnishings are top-quality. The teak-framed arched windows and doors fill the open plan great room with light and frame the magnificent view westwards down the North Shore. To your right is the corridor leading to the master suite and second guest bedroom. To your left is the black granite-topped breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the rest of the living/dining space. The epicurean kitchen has cherry wood cabinets, black granite tops and stainless steel appliances.

The patio offers under cover al fresco dining. The bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, walk in closets, and luxurious four-poster beds. The guest suite is to the left of the kitchen, with direct access to a private balcony. The 2nd guest room is off the corridor to the left of the front door.

Beneath the main house, are two guest apartments. The focal point for Villa Iona is the pool patio area in the space between the two wings of the house. This patio can be reached through every one of the arched doors of the great room, the corridor and the master suite.
