Damara Penn

Damara is from the British Virgin Islands (BVI) and has been working for BVI Sotheby’s International Realty since 2000. Damara works closely with all third parties such as lawyers, surveyors, architects and the BVI Government to ensure that the sale and purchase of land and property is concluded as efficiently as possible. Tasks include applying for subdivisions, helping owners deal with easement issues and helping overseas clients obtain their Trade Licenses, and in order to perform these tasks Damara has to stay up to date with the changing nature of local and international legislation. In her spare time, Damara enjoys spending time with her two children.
