Villa Oasis is a plantation style estate home located on the south eastern side of Great Camanoe, just a short walking distance to the Privateer’s Bay communal beach and dock. The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite full baths and are fully air conditioned. The nearly completed guesthouse located just uphill of the main house is an independent one-bedroom guest cottage with both covered and uncovered outdoor patios facing the continual eastern breezes.

A mooring for a boat with up to 10 ft. draft is currently leased annually by the present owner, who is willing to transfer all the chattels and hardware, subject to BVI government granting approval of continuation of the seabed lease to the new property owners.
