Outside, the eye is drawn to the East and oh…,, the view, the view, the view. The gentle sound of waves splashing among the boulders just a pebble-toss from the pool, and views of the the nearby Marina Cay and Trellis Bay will provide plenty of boat watching opportunities. All of the ‘traffic’…small private boats… and occasional mega yachts pass by or moor just off of Great Camanoe, so you can watch the comings and goings from this unique private neighbourhood.

Access to and from Great Camanoe Indigo Plantation is restricted to owners and their guests including staff and various work forces. The protected gateway is the multi-slip inner harbour and estate-owned private marina. Each property owner holds shares in all the estate communal areas which include the Marina basin, tennis court, boat and trailer haul out facilities with storage, private access to three communal beaches, a maintenance area with restroom, communal postal office/library/meeting room, and plenty of additional storage and parking areas.

For nights out, dining and or daytime banking or shopping, there is a 5-8 minute crossing over to either Trellis Bay or Scrub Island. Both locations which can offer pickups and delivery services provided transport has been prearranged and coordinated. Trellis Bay hosts several excellent restaurants, shops, fuel station, trash collection, small supermarket and the best Full Moon Party in the BVI. The central location of Great Camanoe means that you are close to everything throughout the BVI, including great diving, snorkeling, beach combing, exploring secret beaches or coves, whale watching, fishing, and fine dining all within a short distance in any direction.
